Matthew Vredenburg
Born and raised in Saratoga Springs, NY, Matthew Vredenburg’s journey has been defined by a unique blend of discipline, drive, and community spirit. Growing up in a musical household—both of his parents were music teachers—Matthew balanced his early years between playing instrumental bass and excelling in multiple sports. It was tennis, though, that captured his focus and ultimately earned him a college scholarship.
Matthew went on to earn his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ferris State University, where he competed as a Division II tennis player for four years. His path then brought him to Houston, where he served as the Head Tennis Pro at the prestigious River Oaks Country Club for seven years.
After transitioning into the automotive industry, Matthew quickly found his stride, building a 13-year career rooted in leadership and customer care. Along the way, he formed a lasting connection with Matthew Schwab—one of the great relationships that has shaped his journey.
Family is at the center of Matthew’s world. He’s been married to his wife Jennifer for ten years, is a proud father of five, and a doting grandfather to three. When he’s not leading his team, Matthew’s passions include hitting the golf course, rooting for the Knicks and NY Giants, and enjoying the energy of Houston’s loyal sports fans—though they never miss a chance to rib him about his New York allegiance!
