Most independent shops offer a "12 & 12" warranty (12 months or 12,000 miles). At Clutch, we triple that protection because we believe in the quality of our technicians and the parts we source.

Your warranty often expires before you even finish your first year of driving.
With Clutch Automotive:
You are protected for the entire lifespan of the part’s expected peak performance. If a defect appears in year two or three, you don't pay a cent.
How the Warranty Works
We’ve made the claims process as simple as possible so you can get back on the road.
If You Are Near a Clutch Automotive Location:
Return to Us: Bring your vehicle back to any Clutch Automotive shop.
Documentation: Please present your original repair order. If you can’t find it, don’t worry—our internal digital records will be used to verify your eligibility.
Our Promise: We will remedy the issue by repairing the failed component, replacing it, or refunding the balance of the original repair cost.
If You Are Traveling (Nationwide Coverage):
Call First: If you are far from a Clutch Automotive location and need warranty service, you must call 877-252-4609 to secure authorization before any repairs begin.
Authorized Repairs: Our warranty administrator or we will coordinate with an authorized repair facility to ensure your vehicle is serviced properly.
What is Covered?
Our warranty covers defects in qualifying components purchased from and installed by Clutch Automotive. This includes the majority of mechanical and electrical components. See below for limitations and exclusion.
Note: Any specific coverage, exclusions, or limitations explicitly stated on your original repair order will take precedence over the general terms listed here.
What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
To ensure we can provide the best possible service to all customers, certain items and situations are excluded from our 3-year/36k-mile warranty:

Customer-Supplied Parts: Any parts not purchased directly through Clutch Automotive.
Maintenance & Wear Items: Fluids, filters, wiper blades, and other hardware designed to be replaced based on condition or specified interval.
Non-Mechanical: Body work, paint, and molding repairs. See location for specific paint or body coverage.
Specialty Parts: Used, salvaged, recycled, or rebuilt components as well as components designated as performance or racing.

Usage & Condition Exclusions
Commercial/Civil Vehicles: Includes (but not limited to), police vehicles, postal vehicles, ambulances, taxis, limousines, and tow trucks.
Off-Road/Recreational: Any vehicle identified for off-road or recreational use.
Tampering: Components that have been altered, removed, or re-installed without authorization by Clutch Automotive. Vehicles with missing, removed, or tampered odometers.
External Damage: Damage or failures arising from neglect, abuse, unauthorized alterations, “Acts of God”, or other external factors are strictly excluded. Examples include, but are not limited to the following: fire, lightning, flood, hail, ice, excessive moisture, electrical faults, overheating, theft, racing, improper maintenance or operation, collisions, and animal activity.
Components with Manufacturer-Only Warranties
The following components carry their own specific manufacturer’s defect warranty rather than the Clutch 3-year/36k-mile coverage. Labor coverage is determined by the manufacturer and determined at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer, these items are also excluded from nationwide coverage.
Limitations:
Limit of Liability: Coverage for any qualifying repair shall not exceed the original cost of that repair.
Incidental Charges: This warranty does not cover loss of time, loss of vehicle use, towing charges, or incidental/consequential damages.
Original Purchaser: This warranty is non-transferable and is made only to the original purchaser of the service.
Powertrain:
Engines, Transmissions, Transaxles, and Differentials (including internal components).
Drivetrain:
Drive Axles, Clutches, and Flywheels.
Tires & Batteries:
These items carry specific manufacturer-backed protection. (Note: Tire coverage is only applicable if an additional road hazard plan was purchased through Clutch Automotive).
