Brakes
Your brakes are a crucial operating and safety component and we are proud to perform free brake inspections at Clutch Automotive. When doing a brake inspection, our technicians will carefully check the following: brake pad/shoe thickness, rotors/drum condition, caliper functionality, brake/hydraulic fluid condition and level, brake lines, brake hardware, and your overall braking ability. The most common brake repair needed is the replacement of worn brake pads and either replacing or resurfacing worn brake rotors (discs). Some common symptoms of a brake problem include squeaking or squealing noise, grinding noise when stopping, vehicle pulling to one side when braking, spongy brake pedal, and a vibration in the steering wheel or floorboard when braking.
