With over four decades of extensive experience in the automotive repair industry, Jim Noblitt has become a distinguished figure, navigating every conceivable role with remarkable adaptability and an unwavering commitment to continuous learning.

Jim’s automotive journey began in 1979 as a mechanic’s helper, specializing in wheel alignments. His passion and dedication quickly propelled him to win a prestigious technician competition by 1980. Fueled by an insatiable drive for knowledge, Jim pursued and achieved ASE, L1 certification after undergoing numerous training programs.

By 1992, Jim’s exceptional leadership skills earned him pivotal roles as a service and general manager at a major repair center. A decade later, he embraced entrepreneurship, founding Mission Car Care in 2002. For two successful decades, Jim led Mission Car Care, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.

In 2022, Jim’s path converged with Clutch Automotive, a company whose values and integrity resonated deeply with his own. Merging Mission Car Care with Clutch Automotive marked a harmonious union of shared commitment to excellence and customer service.

Jim’s business ethos has always been rooted in honoring his faith and treating people. We’re proud to announce that Jim Noblitt is now the General Manager of our Clutch Automotive Mason location, bringing his wealth of experience to continue the legacy of excellence.
